Is there a minimum term I can rent a storage unit for?
We ask for 4 weeks minimum term/payment upfront. If you have specific requirements please get in touch with us before making your booking.
Are my goods insured?
We don't currently offer Insurance so you will need to organise this yourself for the period your items are stored. The padlocks we hire are insurance compliant.
Is the site manned at all times?
No. Currently our office is not on site, although we do have 24/7 CCTV. If you wish to view the site before making a booking please contact us on 01472 801560 and we can arrange for someone from the team to meet you there.
How big are the storage spaces?
Each container is 20ft x 8ft (160sq ft).
Is there anything I can't store in my container?
We do not allow the storage of any of the following items;
- Fireworks
- Weapons or munitions
- Explosives
- Flammable substances
- Toxic, pollutant or contaminated goods
- Cash and securities
- Living plants, animals or any other living creatures
- Radioactive materials, chemicals, biological agents or asbestos
- Tyres
- Battery charging boosters – power inverter/generators
- Items which emit any fumes, smell or odour
- Illegal goods or goods illegally obtained
- High value items requiring specialist storage
- Cremation Ashes
- Waste

What payment methods do you take?
We can take cash or card payment for your first month's storage (payable when you sign the paperwork) - your invoices will then be emailed to you monthly and can be paid by direct debit or bank transfer.
